A Forever changing style of vinyasa flow.
My classes focus on the essence of yoga and the relationship between movement and breath.
I teach Vinyasa flow yoga. My public classes have a lot of variety, but mostly begin with sun salutations and always end with Savasana - final relaxation.
Expect to move, sometimes vigorously, from pose to pose. A regular practise will increase strength, energy and flexibility. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow.
Yoga is the practise of quietening the mind. Get rooted to who we are without the outside noise. I teach to find the inner calm and to connect to the self. Using the physical (asana) practice in order to connect to the heart, which grants more restfulness to our daily living.
Each class is an invitation to share asana, pranayama and meditation with me.
Everyone is encouraged to listen to their bodies and work at their own pace.
Classes are open to all levels, men and women.
At present I am teaching group sessions at
DW Health Club, St.Brelades bay Hotel on Mondays 7-8.15pm & Wednesdays 7.15-8.30pm.
St.Brelade's Church Hall Friday 11-12.15am.
I also teach various monthly workshops such as yoga and oil workshops and YIN yoga sessions, both held at Ayush Spa, Hotel de France.
