There are many different reasons why people choose to start private yoga sessions, and for each person (or group) this will be different.
Maybe it's the convenience of practicing in your own home at a time that suits you, or maybe you would find stepping onto your mat in a busy studio class a little intimidating, especially if you are a beginner - you may want to learn the basics first. As private yoga sessions are tailored to the client's individual needs, they are the perfect choice if you have, or are recovering from, an injury. Likewise, private yoga lessons may be the right approach if you have the desire to deepen your practice and take it to the next level.
The type of yoga we practise will be determined by you.
You may be wanting a restorative yoga class, a gentle therapeutic style specific for your body needs, or a more dynamic yoga class for fitness and strength. You can expect the session to include some meditation and relaxation.
As in all my teachings, my wish will be to bring about improvements to your mental and physical health and to help you achieve your own personal yoga goals.
I will be as committed to your practice as you are. I will endeavour to provide both the space and the guidance that you and your practice needs.
Private classes accept a maximum of two people. For added people expect to add on £10 per person there after.
After the initial trial session, private Yoga Classes must be booked and paid for 4 sessions in advance.
No refund is offered for cancellations within 24 hours of class time.
