Public group classes
Expect an embodied vinyasa flow.
Movement is fluid and the movement is linked with conscious breath. Vinyasa is a style of yoga that coordinates flow of breath and body movements from one posture to another. These classes have a lot of variety, but most sessions begin with sun salutations and end with Savasana - final relaxation.
On a physical level, regular asana practise will increase strength and flexibility. Students are encouraged to focus on linking conscious breath with mindful flow.
At present I am teaching group sessions on:
Monday 6.30-7.45pm Frances Le Sueur Centre, St.Ouen £14
Friday 11-12.15am. St.Brelade's Church Hall £14
These can be attended as a ‘drop in’ or by purchasing a pack of 6 or 10 classes.
