In January 2024 I completed my Crystal Bowl Sound healer Training in London and I am now officially a certified sound healer accredited by the Complementary Medical Association.

I offer Yoga and Sound sessions at The Frances Le Sueur centre, St. Ouen and Ayush Spa, Hotel de France.

Gentle Restorative/yin yoga sessions ending with Sound.

Yoga and Sound sessions are open to all levels.

However while there are far more benefits than disadvantages, there are some cases when Sound should be avoided and there are contraindications to be aware of.

If you have any injuries/illnesses, as well as if you are pregnant it is important to let me know before booking.
